  • If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up” to make a new account.
  • If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
  • After logging in, find the “Taxable Person Tile” and click “View.”
  • Go to the “Account Access” section.
  • You’ll see a list of linked users. Click the “Add User” button at the top right.
  • Select “Juridical Person Tax Agent” from the drop-down under “User Type.”
  • Search for the Juridical Person Tax Agent by using the J-TAAN number.
  • When you pick the right agent, their details will appear on the screen.
  • Select which tax types and activities the agent can access. Set the time for the agent’s access if needed.
  • Click “Add” to save all details.
  • After you submit, you’ll see a message with a reference number for future use.
  • The Juridical Person Tax Agent must accept the request to finish the linking.
